Sacramento Unity Eid Vendor Terms & Conditions
Sacramento Unity Eid proudly presents the Unity Eid Celebration as a community-focused, educational, and entertainment event. Sacramento Unity Eid reserves all rights as producers. Any reproduction, broadcast, or commercial use of any portion of the event, in whole or in part, in any form without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
By applying for your vendor space, you (hereafter referred to as “Vendor”) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Violations of these terms and conditions may result in removal from the event grounds without refund and possible exclusion from future events. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Booth Space
Vendor spaces are provided as 10×10-foot spaces. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs, as these will not be provided by Sacramento Unity Eid. All tents must fit within the designated space, meet City of Sacramento safety guidelines, and not exceed 15 feet in height. Tents are highly recommended.
Product Approval
All products and services must be pre-approved.
Placement
Cal Expo reserves sole discretion over vendor placement.
Electricity
Vendors are responsible for their own power and must bring personal generators if electricity is required. Generators must meet noise and environmental standards to avoid disruption to the event and neighboring vendors. No electricity will be provided by Cal Expo or Sacramento Unity Eid.
Set-up and Move-out
Vendors will receive detailed set-up and move-out instructions one week prior to the event.
Deadlines
Applications must be submitted prior to March 1st. Late applications may be accepted at Sacramento Unity Eid’s discretion, subject to a late fee.
Cancellations
Cancellations before the deadline will not receive a refund. The event will proceed rain or shine.
Prohibited Activities and Products
Vendors may not sell or display the following without express written consent:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Bottled water
- Tobacco or marijuana products
- Adult products
- Tattooing or body piercing services
Only Cal Expo approved food and beverage vendors are permitted to sell food and beverages at the event. All other vendors are strictly prohibited from selling any food or beverage items. Violations may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Licenses, Permits, and Taxes
Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses and complying with Sacramento County Health Department codes for the sales of their products.
Clean-Up
Vendors are responsible for maintaining their booth area and disposing of trash.
Conduct and Safety
All vendors and representatives must maintain professionalism and adhere to all safety regulations. Sacamento Unity Eid reserves the right to remove vendors for inappropriate conduct, safety violations, or failure to comply with event guidelines.
Limitation of Liability
Sacramento Unity Eid is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury to any vendor property or representatives. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sacramento Unity Eid, its staff, and the Cal Expo for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the event.
By applying, vendors acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, ensuring a successful and harmonious Unity Eid Celebration.
