We are delighted to invite you to be part of this year’s Unity Eid ul Fitr Celebration as a bazaar vendor. Your unique products and services help create a vibrant and welcoming marketplace that reflects the diversity and spirit of Eid.
As Eid will now take place during the cooler months, we are excited to host the bazaar indoors this year in a dedicated building reserved exclusively for our vendors. This new space will provide a comfortable and engaging environment for both vendors and guests.

Fee Schedule:
Early Bird Fee ( Nov 1st- Dec 31st): $250
Regular Fee ( Jan 1st- Feb 17th): $300
Ramadan Late Fee (Feb 18th- Mar 1st): $350

If you are selling any food items this form is NOT for you, please fill out the Halal Fest food vendor application!
Vendor Fee Schedule
- Regular Rate: $300 (applies from 01/01/2026 to 02/17/2026)
Payment: A payment is required for vendor spot reservations.
Vendor Setup Information: Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup equipment, including power and any other necessary display materials. This year vendors will be indoors, please do not bring any tents as they are not allowed indoors.
Once your application is reviewed and you are approved as a vendor you will be provided with further instructions.
